I strategize with clients to determine realistic new nutrition/fitness habits that easily fit into your lifestyle. We use these to replace current emotional eating habits that are detrimental to your goals. Over time, your new habits become natural and your healthy lifestyle becomes routine.
I am a Certified Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer and Real Life Coach. I am a firm believer that we shouldn't have our food consumption dictated to us. There's a huge psychological component to being told, "DON'T eat this; eat that; ONLY eat X or Y". What I do and how I approach my coaching puts you 100% in the drivers seat so that you feel comfortable with the changes and that you're 110% confident that you can achieve them. And even the smallest of changes can - over time - yield lasting results. I focus on building better habits around food - both in what you eat but more importantly HOW you eat. I also have found through my own personal experience, that by learning and practicing these healthy habits with food, these same skills easily translated into other areas of my life and made me a far more resilient human being.
